Pakua is made to look wise and he is a Po Matoran. It is suppose that he helped trained Lehvorak and more of a father figure to him.
I pictured Pakua like a veteran-like matoran who has been through a lot. Which is why I gave him that certain mask that is similar to Turaga Dume's mask. It makes him look wise and strong.
